Hand split 5" basalt stone on the entire house with Architectural millwork of old growth clear edge grain cedar, on dormers, bays and gables. With B.C.'s finest hand selected hand hewn custom log work. Hand Split and capped basalt fence and retaining walls.

Roof:
24’ heavy resawn red cedar shakes, with natural stain sealer. Cupola roof copper and treated. Copper drain gutters, snow retainers, flashings, and rafter ends.

Windows:
Windows are old growth edge grain fir. ( Hand picked ) All glass is high quality low E and argon filled. True divided lights throughout. Custom glass to glass corner windows in pool area, kitchen, bedroom # 1 & master bedroom. Pool room exterior doors are 2" thick and fully opening.

Drive/Walkways:
Hand split stone pavers. Heated patio slabs, decks, and hot tub area with tile and stone finish.

Landscaping & Sculptured rock: Sculptured rock is frequently used by designers as an exterior feature for the barbecue, hot tub, heated rock seating, gas fire pit, stairs, cliff, and for the indoor waterfall and planters. All of which have independent irrigation and lighting. Prehistoric Art from the Grotte Chauvent.

Hot Tub:
7 ft. diameter custom concrete, with sculptured rock appearance and coral sand bottom.

Garage:
2 car garage with additional storage and shelving Maple paneling on walls. Custom designed alder garage door, with true divided tempered glass. Commercial hardware, with rubber rollers and H.D. opener. Heated slate floors.
